Apartments have 24-hour security service and entry and exit are via access cards.

A full house can be rented for a minimum of one month, but longer rentals will be better value for money.

Yes, you can. There are a lot of options available in shared housing which enable you to choose apartment-sharing that is not based on mixed-gender occupancy.
